He is survived by: his parents, Frederick Potthoff and Judith Potthoff; his sisters, Amy Anderson (Justin) and Caroline Cullison (Jeffrey); his nephews, Benjamin and Joseph; his niece Lily Belle; his significant other Sharon Reza; and his grandmothers, Elaine Holmes and Joy Potthoff. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
