He was predeceased by: his wife Florence; and his siblings, Mildred, Mick and Connie. He is survived by: his children, Donna Hladky (Mel), Don Carruth (Marge), Lee Carruth (Maple Grove) and Robert Carruth (Kathryn); and his grandchildren, DeAnn Conzet (Rick) of Killeen, TX, David Hladky (Jordan), Bob Carruth (Jeanne) of Jackson Hole, WY, Julie Lange (Chris) of Baldwin, KS, Leigh Carruth of Sacramento, CA, Jessica Hammerstrom (Karl) and Max Carruth (Amy). He is also survived by 12 great grand children; 5 great, great grandchildren.
