He is survived by: his wife Kathe; his daughter Susan Cavanaugh (Tim); and his grandsons, Sean Cavanaugh (Emily), Neil Cavanaugh (Eva) and Ian Cavanaugh (Kimberly). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
