He is survived by: the father of his child Braxton Riley; his parents, Rick and Carrie; his sisters, Callie (Blake) and Desiree Bazewicz (Scott); his grandparents, Gary, Cynthia Halvorson and Bette Haakana; his uncles, Greg Halvorson (Jordan), John Haakana (Cherise) and David Haakana Jr (Vicky); his cousins, Jessica, Taylor, Logan, Ashley and Gilly; his nephews, Pier and Rowan; his niece Maci; and the mother of his child Aubree Steen.
