With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Regan Welle of Excelsior, Minnesota, who passed away on March 13, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Regan Welle to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Stephen J. Melady, Jr. and Emily J. Fogarty Melady; her sister E. Jane Dahl of St. Paul, MN; and her husband James Welle of Port Ludlow, WA.. She is survived by : her children, Cynthia R. Smith, Lee B. Regan, Mark F. Regan (Phyllis) and Robert M. Regan Jr. (Paula); and her sisters, Angela Haugh and Cynthia O'Halloran. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In recent years, Carol suffered from Alzheimer's and remained beautiful, sweet, witty, and kind.
