She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen J. Melady, Jr. and Emily J. Fogarty Melady; her sister E. Jane Dahl of St. Paul, MN; and her husband James Welle of Port Ludlow, WA.. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia R. Smith, Lee B. Regan, Mark F. Regan (Phyllis) and Robert M. Regan Jr. (Paula); and her sisters, Angela Haugh and Cynthia O'Halloran. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In recent years, Carol suffered from Alzheimer's and remained beautiful, sweet, witty, and kind.
