He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Haines and Luella Haines; his sister Betty Lou Fitzer; and his sister-in-law Ginger Haines. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Olson of Shorewood, MN.; his children, Thomas, Thaddeus (Tina), Christine, Theodore (Crysta) and Terrence; his brother Ralph, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Robert Fitzer. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
