He is survived by: his close friend Eileen Zah; his stepchildren, Melissa Leffler, Samantha Zah and Justin Leffler; his granddaughter Isabelle Hyde; his parents, Erika Olson and William F. Kudis (Patty); and his brothers, Mike Kudis (Stephanie Zakrajshek) and Jim Kudis (Jessica).

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
