He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Jane Holderness and Duane Charles Simons; his stepfather Larry; his brother Ray; and his pet Hooch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alicia, Raeanne (Eric), Teresa (Jay), Bobbi Jo and Angel (David); his grandchildren, Breyanna, Sienna, Kellen, Matayah, Emmadean, Caden, Elliyanna, Symphony, Emmanuelah, Agacia, Ayvah, Uriah, Myahh, David and Ilias; his brothers, William, Dave (Lori) and Vinnie; his half-brother Mike; his sisters, Heather (Patrick) and Holly; his stepfather Pete; his close friend Leanne; and his friend Scott Sapp. He is also survived by the mother of his children and his ex-wife.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Timbers Edge (7672 Wilson Rd, Eveleth, MN 55734). The military honors was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
