He is survived by: his mother Karen Drift (Strong) of Nett Lake, MN.; his wife Sandra Drift of Eveleth, MN.; his daughters, Nina Villebrun (Everett) of Cook, MN, Alanna Sherman (Josh) of Tower, MN and Jeanette Long of Tower, MN; his stepdaughter Kendra Carver of Eveleth, MN.; his siblings, Farrah Drift of Nett Lake, MN, Karlene Chosa (Donald) of Baraga, MI., Peter Drift (Lori) of Mahnomen, MN and Bart Drift of Nett Lake, MN.; and his grandchildren, Kaiden, Colt, Evan, Ellie, Dexter, James and Elora.
A wake was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Bois Forte Government and Services Center (5344 Lakeshore Dr, Nett Lake, MN 55772). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
