She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Eddy and Maidie M. Eddy (Juntilla); her husband William C. Chapman; her daughter Janet Beth Guiley; her siblings, Elaine McCarty (John), Jack Eddy (Betty) and Faith Ohman (Roy); and her siblings-in-law, Lois Lindgren (Ken) and Don Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Chapman (Kathleen) and Pam Omersa (Mark Knutson); her grandchildren, James Chapman (Paula), David Chapman (Nancy), Steven Chapman (Gina), Paul Chapman (Lisa), Stephanie Vergin (Michael), Jaron Guiley (Susan) and Keagan Guiley (Angela Konczak); her great grandchildren, Sarah, Elizabeth, Julia, Alex, Sydney, Katelyn (Matt), Emillio, Gavin, Ellen, Molly, August, Gunner, Alivia and Alaya; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Chapman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
