He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Chapik and Stacy Chapik; and his sister Patricia Sackette. He is survived by: his wife Muriel Kay Jensen; his children, Daniel Chapik and Jennifer Chapik Powers (Scott); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Campbell Chapik, Tristan and Owen Powers.
