She was predeceased by: her parents, Italian Valle and Frank Valle; and her siblings, George Valle, Irene Thomas and Doris Soine.
She is survived by: her husband Carl; her children, Steve (Kathy), Mary Surma (Jack), Jane Leslie (Dan), Tom (Lissa), Bill (Kirsten), Jean Annoni (Marty) and Gloria Habeck (Keith); and also Johanna Valle (DaRonco). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Mesabi Thunder Special Olympics or to the Quad City Food Shelf.
