With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darlene Lorraine Hanson of Evansville, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Cording and Elizabeth Cording; her husband Harland Hanson; her sister Evelyn; her in-laws, Oliver and Ethel Hanson; her siblings-in-law, Orlano and Olive; and her granddaughter-in-law Maryn Shuck Hanson.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen of Fairfield, CA, Joel (Natalie Brown) of Bloomington, MN, Marcia (Don Lidtke) of Saratoga Springs, UT, Michael (Valerie Torgrimson) of Evansville, John (Carrie Brown) of Evansville, Samuel (Karen Iszler) of Bismarck, ND and Rebecca of Minneapolis, MN; and her sisters, Louise Storey of Las Cruses, NM and Janet Thede (Dean) of St. Paul, NE. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and twelve nieces and nephews.
