She was predeceased by: her significant other James Louis; and her parents, Katherine Blanche Katchmark (Kiminski) and Frank Charles Katchmark. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Thibert, Ken Zezulka, Matt Zezulka (Kim) and Bradley Zezulka (Kimmy); her siblings, Leona Bibeau, Rosemarie Thrun, Lee Gilbert and Frank Katchmark; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler, Brittany, Gracie, Katie, Austin, Jonah, Cody, Kayla, Murphy, Brynleigh, Jaylon Jr., Camden, Declan, Weston and Auggie.
