It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Lubas (Esko, Minnesota), born in Des Plaines, Illinois, who passed away on May 6, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Pennington and Catherine Pennington; her husband Elon "Gus" Lester; and her sister Anne Fischer. She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Mark Lester and Amy Lester; and her siblings, Patricia Kanka (Richard), Kathryn Kahler (William) and Leslie Pennington (Holly). She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, and 18 great-nieces and nephews.
