He was predeceased by: his parents, Gust Gunderson and Hilda Gunderson (Gustafson); his children, Lonny, Loren and Lisha; and his siblings, Helene Brend, Mavis Couchigan, Rosalie Lindstrom, Orville, Gayhart, Gordon and Wallace Gunderson.
He is survived by: his wife Lila Jean of Erskine; his children, Randy Gunderson (Jan) of Thompson, ND, Todd Gunderson (Delene) of Berthoud, CO and Laurie Coleman (Mark) of Erskine, MN; his grandchildren, Dana, Abby Gunderson, Lindsay Noltimier (Mitch), Ben Gunderson, Jocelyn, Bryan Haux, Trisha, Scott, Caleb Coleman, Shelby Krueger (Mitch), Jacob Gunderson, Dustin (Lauren), Nikki and Kristen Lee; his siblings, Myron Gunderson (Donna) of Mesa, AZ, Dennis Gunderson (Lorna) of Grand Forks, ND and Diane Kvitne of Hillsboro, ND; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Gunderson of Grand Forks, ND, Valerie Gunderson of Buxton, ND and Richard Fyre of Alexandria, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
