He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Mahlen and Ila Mahlen (Bradley); his father-in-law Roger Johnson; and his brother-in-law Scot Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Kim of Erskine; his sons, Nathan (Rochelle) of Fosston, Jay (Leah) of Erskine and Matthew (Ashlie) of Princeton, MN; his grandchildren, Noah, Brynlea, Lexi, Anberlin, Tyus, Elias and Trey; his brother Mike (Sallie) of Wadena, MN; his aunts, Aimee Ness of McIntosh and Marilyn Bradley of Rhinelander, WI; his uncle Don Hamre of Erskine; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Johnson (Michelle) of Erskine and Denice St (Al). He is also survived by Nieces, nephews and cousins.
