It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Lien of Erskine, Minnesota, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Lien and Myrtle Lien (Johnson); his wife Darlene Wagner; his parents-in-law, Earl and Beatrice Wagner; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Rossell, Duane, Art Wagner, Joyce Wagner, Doris Belows and Arylss Torgerson.
He is survived by: his children, Becki Haugen (Russ) of Erskine, Stuart Lien (Kathryn) of Bagley, MN, Steve Lien (Jenny) of Greencastle, IN and Jeffrey Lien (Mary) of Walker, MN; and his grandchildren, Shannon Svalen (Jason), Jenny Haugen, Kelsey Knott (Justin), Ashley Gehrke (Jonathan), Jordan Anderson (Forrest), Isaac Lien (Candace), Lauren Lien (Tory Syverson), Faith Juve (Justin), Hannah Sylstad (Mark), Zachary Lien, Matthew Lien (Kayley), Christa Bailey (Luke), Julia Reneson (Craig), Savahanna Wagner (Pat), Chris Lien (Meaghan) and Nathaniel Lien (Kristen).
