It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edna Briggs of Erskine, Minnesota, born in Langdon, North Dakota, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hennager and Nettie Hennager (Dale); her husband Roy C. Briggs, Jr.; her sons, Larry Hennager and Dale Briggs; her grandson Cody; her great grandchild Tiffany; her siblings, Ernest, George, Virgil Hennager and Christine Worf; and her close friend Loy "Whiskers" Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Briggs (Debbie) of Crookston, MN, Linda Jensen of Crookston, MN and Susan Clark (Jack) of Seabrook, TX; and her siblings, Olive Sperling of Bemidji, MN and John Hennager of Spirit Lake, ND. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, attendance at the funeral will be limited to 50 people and masks and social distancing will be required.
