With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Marie (Klimpel) Tofstad (Erskine, Minnesota), born in Minot, North Dakota, who passed away on September 16, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Klimpel and Emma Klimpel (Burkle); her parents-in-law, Theodore and Edna Tofstad; her sister Leona Johnson; and her siblings-in-law, LaVonne, Jean, Carol and Ronnie.
She is survived by: her children, Lyle, Lonnie (Gayle), Leslie (Kim), Lori Rominski (Jack), Larry (Brenda), Lynette Espeseth (Craig), LeAnn Nichols (Rod) and Lynnae Gaiter; her husband LaVern Tofstad of Peter's Lutheran Church; her siblings, Vernon Klimpel and Linda Schlosser (Eldon); and her sisters-in-law, Vera (Terry) and Julie (Terry). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
