He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Drechsel and Lorraine Halgrimson; and his daughter Doreen Beth. He is survived by: his wife Diann Drechsel (Swanson) of Erhard; his son Allen of Erhard; his siblings, Gary (Starla) of River Falls and Phyliss Bahr (Robert) of International Falls; and his sisters-in-law, Clarice Peterson (Larry), Ottillie Tollefson and Sharon Swanson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
