He is survived by: his children, Roger Mayfield (Peggy) of Pelican Rapids, MN, Rick Mayfield (Bonnie) of Sewickley, PA, Cheryl Nelson (Mike) of Rothsay, MN and Jon Mayfield; his grandchildren, Tyler Mayfield (Lisa) of Moorhead, MN, Lacey Mayfield (Adam Hohman) of West Fargo, ND, Ashley Sjostrom (Justin) of Pillager, MN, Elijah Mayfield (Brittany McLaughlin) of Pittsburg, PA, Thaddeus Mayfield (Maria Minadeo) of Blackwood, NJ, Krystle Herz (Michael) of West Fargo, ND and Cole Nelson of Barnesville, MN; his great grandchildren, Jack Larson, Amelia, Rhett Sjostrom, Parker, Ethan Herz and Elliott Nelson; his sister Burnice Everson of Rollag, MN; and his stepbrother Marvin Spillum (Pearl) of Hawley, MN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
