He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Stiner; his children, Melvin B. Chapman (Shannon) of Virginia and Michelle Martin (Frank) of Emily; and his brother Bruce Chapman (Diana) of Moweaqua, IL. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
