She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Subialka and Marjorie Subialka. She is survived by: her daughter Julia Karvel; her siblings, Jeanne Subialka, Carol Subialka (Thomas Vetter), Mary Subialka-Perry (Jeffrey Perry), Paul Subialka, Joseph Subialka (Carol Mates), James Subialka (Darlene) and Andy Subialka (Mina Rodriguez); and her nieces and nephews, Kelly Hauptman (Subialka), Teresa Subialka, Anna Subialka, Michael J. Subialka, Dane Frigstad, John Subialka, Alexander and Miles Perry.
Subialka, Helen C., age 63, of Emily, MN, died peacefully December 16, 2021, surrounded by loving family, after a challenging struggle with Alzheimer's disease.
