She is survived by: her husband Mike of Elysian; her son Russell Schmidtke (Amanda) of Elysian; her stepchildren, Kari Hazard of Janesville and Kevin Hazard of St. Paul; her granddaughter Amelia Schmidtke; her brothers, Steven Golombeski (Faye) of Morristown, James Golombeski (Sherill) of Morristown, Dale Golombeski (Pam) of Morristown and Alan Golombeski (Darcy) of Wisconsin; and her siblings-in-law, Jodi Golombeski of Morristown, Cheryl Basol of Janesville, LaRayne Hall of South Carolina, Dwight Hazard of South Carolina and Jeff Hazard of Rochester. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
