It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Richter of Elysian, Minnesota, born in Marshall, Minnesota, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kazemer Rajnowski and Mihalena Rajnowski (Wojak); her son David Richter; and her great grandchild Kiana Richter. She is survived by: her husband Jerome Richter; her children, Duane Richter (Kristy) and Saleen Tennis (Jacob); her grandchildren, Charisse, Emily, Rachel, Alexander and Darwin; and her great grandchildren, Izaiah and Akaijah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Shirley's memory should be directed to the National Alzheimer's Association.
