He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Taylor and Florence Taylor (Swain); and his wife Betty Jane Seifert. He is survived by: his brother Ron; and his children, Robert Taylor (Marsha) of Medford, Richard Taylor (Jeanette) of Elysian, Charles Taylor (Lisa) of Waterville, Lori Smith (Bruce) of Waterville, Lynette Spurgin (Phillip) of Rosemount and James Taylor (Becky) of Waterville. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; one cousin; and several nieces and nephews.
