He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewald Pipho and Erna Pipho (Steege); his spouse Jean (Latcham); and his siblings, Verla Hansen, Velda Jensen and Donald Pipho.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Teverbaugh, Bobbi Ellenberg (Mark), Bill Pipho (Penny), Mike Pipho (Lynn) and Patti Pipho-Olson (Bill); his grandchildren, Krista, Kim, Kris, Neal and Lauren; and his siblings, Elaine Gransee (Howard), Jeannette Pettis (Larry) and Norman Pipho (Margaret). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
