He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Smuk and Julia Smuk (Horvat); and his siblings, Vicki Grahek, Olga, Julia Smuk, Stanley, William, Abbie and Frank III.
He is survived by: his wife Faye; and his sons, Dan (Mel), Randy, Tom (Deb) and Steven (Kathy). He is also survived by three grandsons, two granddaughters, and one great-grandson, along with several nieces and nephews.
