He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Terhark and Meta Terhark (Brink); his brothers, Steve Terhark and David Terhark; his brother-in-law Russell Mileham; and his niece Erica Carrier.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Bozovsky (Dale) of Ham Lake, MN and Shawn Partika (Chrissy Dunaisky) of Duluth, MN; his grandchildren, Aaron Michael Ruth (Erika Risley), Amber Lynn Partika, Alyssa Marie Partika (Jake Ostenbauer), Brandon Lee McConnell, Autumn Fahye Partika, Ashley Ann Partika and Alexis Rose Partika; his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Jaxon, Kyleigh and Lillian; his siblings, JoAnn Mileham of Elmore, MN and Gary Terhark (DeeDee) of Sioux City, IA; and his sisters-in-law, Vicki Terhark and Jean Terhark. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Funeral Home (205 Albion Ave, Fairmont, MN 56031). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
