He was predeceased by: his parents, Nerres Fischenich and Ethel Fischenich (Rowe); his stepfather John Neyens; and his siblings, Ray, Cecil Fischenich, Anastasia Engel (Fischenich) and Marian Palmer (Fischenich). He is also survived by twenty four nieces and nephews and their children.
