He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Sr. Arends and Marie Annabelle Arends (Allen); his sister Lorraine Meyeraan; and his brother-in-law John Tolsma. He is survived by: his sisters, Arlene Tolsma, Dee Kilker (Roger), Paula Grafing and Holly Rehborg (Mike Fuerstenberg); and his nieces and nephews, Brian Tolsma, Alicia Norem (Brian), Doug (Brenda), Darin (Tara), Jason Kilker, Heidi, Brandon Grafing (Emily), Nicole (Craig), Trina Meyeraan, Jerrod Rehborg (Julia) and McKenzie Rosales (Jesse). He is also survived by many great nieces & nephews; and many great-great nieces & nephews.
