She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Kuehn and Sophie Kuehn of North St; her parents-in-law, Raymond and Irene Matzek; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Matzek, John Matzek, James Matzek and Jeanette Hovel.
She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Matzek; her children, Daniel (Jennifer), Karen Matzek, Anna Cortez (David Cortez), Samuel (Kari) and Carl (Jamie); and her grandchildren, Rebecca Matzek, Ashly Matzek, Joshua Hellman, Jacob Hellman, Sophia Cortez, Luisa Cortez, Zachary Matzek, Katherine Matzek, Adeline Matzek and Abigail Matzek.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (231 W Woodworth St, Ellsworth, WI 54011). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St Mary's Catholic Church (W10137 570th Ave, River Falls, WI 54022).
Interment is at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Big River between 3 and 3:30 p.m. Memorials to the Free Clinics of Pierce and St. Croix Counties or Saint Francis Elementary School, Ellsworth are preferred in lieu of flowers.
