She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Tjepkes and Johanna Tjepkes (Heeren); her husband Arendt Boltjes; her daughter Donna Schilling; and her siblings, Luke, Martin, Harry Tjepkes, Tina Rust, Johanna Gross, Viola Johnson, Kathyrn Rosenberg, Fanny Lutjens and Lorraine Newman.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Groen of Little Rock, IA, Lonnie Boltjes (Diane) of Ellsworth, MN and Audrey Sieperda (Dean) of Naples, FL; her sister Leona Geerdes of Blackduck, MN; and her siblings-in-law, Frances Erpelding of Adrian, MN, John Boltjes (Essie) of Worthington, MN and Alvin Berning of Luverne, MN. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
