It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Christiansen of Ellsworth, Minnesota, born in Red Wing, Minnesota, who passed away on November 23, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Roy and Sarah Schuck. He is survived by: his wife Helen "Louise" Quist; his sons, Todd Christiansen (Rosie), Randy Christiansen and Troy Christiansen (Lynn); his grandchildren, T. J. (Britney), Tom (Michelle), Jared, Elliot, Ethan and Mackenzee Christiansen; his great grandchildren, Kaylyn, Peyton, Jayden, Adilyn, Connor, Cal and Kennedy; his brother Brad Christiansen (Mary Jo); his half-brother Eric Thuman; his sisters, Rose Christiansen, Sheila Pechacek (Pete), Gracie Lubich (Mike) and Hope Matthews; and his half-sister Sherly Thuman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be sent in Gary's name to Faith Action and St Paul's Lutheran Church Foundation.
