He is survived by: his mother Wanda Kinney (Seemann); his wife Jodi Bouska; his stepfather Jerry Lenz of Sheboygan, WI; his sister Kris Ramsden (Don) of Winona, MN; his niece Renae Ramsden; his nephew Hunter Ramsden; and his stepson Dominiq Bouska. He is also survived by 4 children; 4 grandchildren; 3 brothers-in-law and 3 sisters-in-law.
