He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn and Doris. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Dean, David (Rachel), Tim and Chris (Kerissa); his grandchildren, Ashley, Bethany, Cade, Andrew, Lucas and Alexis; and his brothers, Jeff (Linda) and Michael. He is also survived by relatives and good friends.
