She is survived by: her mother Ellie Sirek (Svoboda) of Elko; and her siblings, Bonnie Whiting of Havelock, NC, Sandy Rezac (Paul Hein) of New Prague, Barb Condrey (Bill Jollymore) of Lewiston, ID, Jake Sirek of Stewart, MN, Tom Sirek of Webster, Emil Sirek (Angie) of Webster, Bill Sirek (Amy) of Elko and Jerry Sirek (Lynda) of Elko. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews & all Patty's special friends.
