He is survived by: his daughters, Joan Finkbeiner (Keith), Sandy Olzenak (Mark) and Judy Blaylock (Andy); his grandchildren, Rachel Brown (Tyler), Janell Bleyhl (Cooper), Kelsey Ellsworth (Joe), Eric Blaylock, Alycia Olzenak and Carter Olzenak; and his great grandchildren, Emmett Ellsworth, Albany Ellsworth and Aaron Brown.
