It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruthie Matchinsky of Elk River, Minnesota, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruthie Matchinsky to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Melby and Marie Melby (Nelson); her husband Russ Matchinsky; and her siblings, Vivian LaFavor (Bob), Kathy Akerman (Dale) and Frank Melby.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Jo; her brothers, Glen Melby (Arlene) and Paul Melby (Margie); and her sister-in-law Lorraine. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and very special friends.
