In loving memory of Penny Friesen of Elk River, Minnesota, born in Bismarck, North Dakota, who departed this world on December 31, 2024 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orien Auck and Irma Auck of Driscoll, ND.; her stepfather George Hoff; and her brothers, Warren and Ricky.
She is survived by: her children, Joel, Jessica and Rachel. She is also survived by her husband, her children, grandchildren, 5 siblings.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (1043 Lake Ave, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501). A Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Penny's family requests memorials be made to a hospice or dementia organization of donor's choice in her memory.
