He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Hoffman and Helen Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Melanie Williams, Troy Hoffman (Mallory) and Jeff Hoffman (Laura); his grandchildren, Henry Hoffman, Athen Williams and Benjamin Hoffman; and his sisters, Virginia Beaver (Larry) and Mary Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
