It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Joel Kelley of Elk River, Minnesota, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Stacy; his children, Tyler and Megan; his mother Sharon Kelley (Dungan) of Maple Grove; and his brothers, Jason (Kim) of Maple Grove, Ryan (Katherine) of Mound and Shawn (Alayna) of Carver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.
