She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Rohlf and Margaret Rohlf; and her sister Deanne Rohlf. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Chuba; her children, Lorrie Link (Gary), Leslie Van Patten, Richard Van Patten and Sage Walker (Christopher Hawn); her grandchildren, Michael Link, Jon Link, Nate Haberman (Cami), Robert Haberman (Christine) and Kristin Sturrock (Ralph); and her siblings, Harley "Butch" Rohlf Jr., Larry "Pete" Rohlf, Susan Larson, Amy Bodnar and Steve Rohlf. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Memorials will be directed to St Andrew school tuition assistance and animal rescue groups in honor of Marilyn Van Patten-Chuba.
