He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Dziuk (Pat); and his brother Chester. He is survived by: his sons, Lee (Pam) and Steve (Sheri); and his brother Leonard. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Church of Saint Andrew (566 4th St NW, Elk River, MN 55330).
