Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jay Allan Mogler of Elk River, Minnesota, born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away at the age of 67, on December 16, 2022. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Mogler and Freida Mogler (Metzger); his son Luke Mogler; his niece Elysia Mogler; his father-in-law Alvin Nelson; and his sister-in-law Candice Pederson.

He is survived by: his wife Holly Mogler of Elk River; his daughter Morgan Stamper (Race) of Monticello; his brothers, Russ Mogler (Linda) of Evergreen, CO and Randy Mogler (Evie) of Peoria, IL; and his mother-in-law Donnabell Nelson of Winthrop. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and extended family and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to River of Life's Benevolent Ministry which assists with financial support for those who experience unexpected circumstances.

He always took time to talk during our random meetings at Menards over the years. I won’t forget the day he stopped to visit with me while I was at Kyle’s grave site. We laughed. We prayed. We cried. Jay was loved!”
