He is survived by: his wife Gayle Moonen; and his children, Michael Moonen (Anita), Melissa Bistodeau (John), Patrick Moonen (Tracy), Steven Moonen (Kristin), Ann Stuefen (Boyd) and John Paul Moonen (Jenny). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, siblings, friends and family.
