It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elmer John Telfer Jr. (Elk River, Minnesota), who passed away at the age of 80, on December 23, 2024. In the sacred silence of farewell, Elmer is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Elmer's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He is survived by: his son Bryan Telfer (Jen); his wife Winifred Diane Telfer; his son Christopher Telfer (Tricia); and his siblings, Robert Telfer (Beth Ann), Thomas Telfer (Susan), Patricia Intini (Richard) and Pamela Doran. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Elk River American Legion Post 112 (525 Railroad Dr, Elk River, MN 55330).
