He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Hanson and Sarah Hanson. He is survived by: his wife Deloris Hanson of Ellendale; his daughters, Lori Peterson (Scott) and Stacia Potter (Brian); his grandchildren, Andrea Zerwas (Dan) and Jordan Peterson; his great grandchildren, Grant, Cora, Jullian and Jameson; and his sister Sandra Roelofs (Gary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Central Lutheran Church (1103 School St NW, Elk River, MN 55330). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
