With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carol Janice Summer in Elk River, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Tjomsland and Jeanette Tjomsland; and her brother Douglas. She is survived by: her daughters, Loralynne Horne (Tracy), Michelle Minea and Gina Herrman; and her sister Fran. She is also survived by grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dare's Funeral and Cremation Services (805 Main St NW, Elk River, MN 55330). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
